Our Vision

The Aging Center of the Rockies is a non-profit organization that was established for the purpose of helping older adults and their families adjust to the many challenges that come with aging. Our mission is to promote independent living, to foster a sense of well-being and dignity, and to improve the quality of life for older adults.

To meet our objectives we take a holistic approach to Client-Centered Care that includes client advocacy, cognitive and functional assessment, coordination of care, and counseling services. Because we are a non-profit agency, we can provide our services for a nominal fee.

Aging Center of the Rockies is a non-profit organization and relies on charitable contributions. Any donation is tax deductible and helps to benefit other older adults in the Larimer County Community.
